Just heard on the radio that the dead guy was mistaken!
The Brittish have a policy to keep rabid animals off their island.....I believe it is six months quarantine-no exceptions. It always seemed pretty repressive to me, especially when applied to the military families back & forth to overseas. But it works and everyone accepts it as an annoying necessity to keep safe.
I'm anxious to see what the Brits do in response to these rabid terror acts and wouldn't be surprised if they come up with some strong measures to detect them.
