Do they have a form of "Martial Law" in Britain? if so, do you think Britain is heading that way if the terrorist bombings increase or continue?

I suspect we're going to have a period of increased tension and vigilance at the least. You'll probably see many more arrests under the Prevention of Terrorism act. If the Islamists go off again, then there will be even more harsh measures.
