Of-course you are welcome to your opinion, and I have never seen anyone criticise American Police for killing criminals, but there must be some.

I agree with you, and I would like to think that most do.

Using a time like this to preach to folks and comparing individual crimes to acts of terrorism against a society, (and law enforcements respective responses) is in poor taste, and makes little sense.

Besides, taking a 'weather check' on how a society feels based on what their newspaper men print hardly seems thorough. I wouldn't want the US print media to represent the rest of us. In fact it's obvious that most conservatives here have a real disdain for our own media.
