Start committing random acts of violence in the states that support the bombers to counter random acts of violence that they commit in our countries. Not civilian targets. Ports, infrastructure, that sort of thing. Let them know back channel that we are doing it but won't take credit, like them. Collapse their economies like they are trying to do here. He mentioned it to VDH but I didn't hear his reply.

Savage definitely has a possible solution here. If it happens in Iran, blame it on Sunni extremists. If it happens in Syria, blame it on Shiite extremists.

There will be acts taken against Iran but they will not be random. Simultaneously, the UN will sanction a blockade of their ports and factions in their oil region will begin a revolution and the combination will result, hopefully, in regime change for the better. It is estimated that without oil shipments and the resultant revenue, Iran would only be able to feed their population for no more than a month or so since much of their food is imported paid for with oil exports.
