I take no pleasure in saying it. It pains me to think it. I could very well lose my job in talk radio over admitting it. But it is the plain truth:

Islam is a terror organization.

For years, I've been trying to give the world's Muslim community the benefit of the doubt, along with the benefit of my typical-American's complete disinterest in their faith. Before 9/11, I knew nothing about Islam except the greeting "asalaam alaikum," taught to me by a Pakistani friend in Chicago.

Too bad the pin-head in the White House can't recognized that. Oh well, W also seems to think Mexico is our 51st state, or at least he acts that way.

I support the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, but I understand that we must turn the Muslim world against terrorism or eventually lose. This will not be done by advocating a religious war. I think the "pinhead" in the White House understands this even if you do not.

The appropriate response would be to have Islam declared a criminal enterprise with a quasi religious flavoring. We would not tolerate the Thuggee would we?

Is it possible to use their "holy" text to subject Islam to RICO provisions of the US Law, get its religious status removed? If the left can use it on anti abortion protesters, why not on Islam, which calls for the death of those who do not submit, and dimmitude for non Islamic?

(One major objection of course, is the jammering and jibbering that will come from the media and the left if this is tried.

He isnt a pin head but he does strongly resemble Alfred E. Neuman.. of Madd Mag. fame.. Really it smacks of some guys behind the guys behind the guys in some smoke filled room laughing at the american voting public.. i.e watch this.!. they will even vote for Alfred E. Neuman.. I can almost hear the high fives slapping.. and the hee-haws emanating from there. Running Dubya against Al Gore and then KERRY of all people must have been a big yuck in that smoke filled room..

Americans are quite politically dumb and didnt even notice the humor in all that.. I on the other hand did. And am not amused..

The author is mistaken in his thought that terrorists can be "kicked out" of Islam just like those hypothetical terrorist boy scout troops would be kicked out of BSA. Islam has not central doctrinal or political body empowered to determine who is and is not Muslim.

Also, the lumping together of all kinds of irregular resistance, from insurgents attacking our military in Iraq to those attacking Israeli settlers in the West Bank, and to genuine terrorists that blow up city buses and pizza parlors, -- does not help. Understandably, the mullahs would see distinctions we only pretend we don't see, so it is silly of us to expect a blanket condemnation of suicide bombers.

annalex--the very people who attack our troops in Iraq, Israeli settlers in Westbank and who blow up buses, pizza parlors and other public places often using exactly the same methods and motivated by the same kinds of hatreds to "crusaders", "western imperialists", "zionists", "infidels", etc--In other words, anyone who does not share their hateful ideology. And their methods are identical. The Islamist insurgents blow up civilians in Iraq and other places round the world. They may not have a centralized command, but they are motivated by the same cannibalistic ideology.

If they do not turn against terrorism, there is still the option of the cross or the sword. They leave us precious little choice.

I don't know how you can say "the same people" when the perp ends up dead and there is no central command. They have a lot in common, ideologically, yes. But that is not the point.

"Terrorism" means large-scale brutality directed at innocent civilians in order to influence policy. When the same method is directed at military or paramilitary targets, it is something other than terrorism. For example, you would not call someone on a suicide mission against an enemy bunker a terrorist only because he is certain to die and has got a bomb. The choice of target makes a huge difference. So does, whether the attack takes place in the attacker's homeland or not. We cannot be pretending that these distinctions are not there and expect the rest of the world to go along.

Allah's Apostle said, "You (i.e. Muslims) will fight with the Jews till some of them will hide behind stones. The stones will (betray them) saying, 'O 'Abdullah (i.e. slave of Allah)! There is a Jew hiding behind me; so kill him.' "

HADITH Sahih Bukhari [4:52:177] Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him."

HADITH Sahih Bukhari [4:56:791] Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar:
I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "The Jews will fight with you, and you will be given victory over them so that a stone will say, 'O Muslim! There is a Jew behind me; kill him!' "

HADITH Sahih Muslim [41:6981] Ibn 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:
You will fight against the Jews and you will kill them until even a stone would say: Come here, Muslim, there is a Jew (hiding himself behind me); kill him.

HADITH Sahih Muslim [41:6982] Ubaidullah has reported this hadith with this chain of transmitters (and the Words are):
"There is a Jew behind me."

HADITH Sahih Muslim [41:6983] Abdullah b. 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:
You and the Jews would fight against one another until a stone would say: Muslim, here is a Jew behind me; come and kill him.

HADITH Sahih Muslim [41:6984] Abdullah b. 'Umar reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said:
The Jews will fight against you and you will gain victory over them until the stone would say: Muslim, here is a Jew behind me; kill him.

HADITH Sahih Muslim [41:6985] Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:
The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews.

HADITH Sahih Bukhari [4:52:283] Narrated Abu Juhaifa:
I asked Ali, "Do you have the knowledge of any Divine Inspiration besides what is in Allah's Book?" 'Ali replied, "No, by Him Who splits the grain of corn and creates the soul. I don't think we have such knowledge, but we have the ability of understanding which Allah may endow a person with, so that he may understand the Qur'an, and we have what is written in this paper as well." I asked, "What is written in this paper?" He replied, "(The regulations of) blood-money, the freeing of captives, ******** and the judgment that no Muslim should be killed for killing an infidel." *********

HADITH Sunan Abu Dawud [14:2526] Narrated Anas ibn Malik:
The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Three things are the roots of faith: to refrain from (killing) a person who utters, "There is no god but Allah" and not to declare him unbeliever whatever sin he commits, and not to excommunicate him from Islam for his any action; and jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist). The tyranny of any tyrant and the justice of any just (ruler) will not invalidate it. One must have faith in Divine decree.
