we hav a guy like that here in Houston who goes down to the public session at City Council each week. He tells the tale of how some 'syndicated mafia organization' has been removing his bodily organs by 'remote control laser surgery' and filling his body with 'poisonous electrical fluids.

Gotta laugh at types like that! When I was a kid we had a neighbor who insisted to anyone who would listen that men from outer space were shooting radiation at her roof.
