The flaws of mankind are too obvious and too plentiful. These flaws alone should have squashed the ID theory.

Yup. As I've said on other threads, Intelligent Design is even worse theology than it is science.

Perhaps among the flaws of mankind is the inability to articulate the concept of ID. If the ID theory were that man created everything your statement would have more validity, IMO.

It seems to me that in every crevice of missing knowledge and understanding of science, there is room for a Creator. These crevices don't prove the existence of God, they only fail to exclude Him.

I don't even approach any expertise in science of any kind, but am I not correct that evolution deals with the development of life from one form into another, and not the origins of life itself? Has anyone created life out of nothing? Or even out of non-living matter? If not, I don't see how even scientists can exclude the possiblity that an unknown Being created life.

The alternative to ID is spontaneous generation. The arguments for ID are logical and well founded. 1. We have never seen something of complexity that didn't have a creator. 2. We can create new life forms through our own intelligence (almost at least). Ergo, Intelligence is responsible for the original creation. The logical arguments for spontaneous generation are, what???

As for flaws, they themselves are things of beauty. They provide variation. It's the flaws in a blue diamond that give it the beautiful blue color (ie. electron holes).

Oh that's right. Everything designed by man is so perfect and flawless that obviously any ID would of created BETTER people if it had existed

"These flaws alone should have squashed the ID theory."

And no evidence of one species morphing into another makes evolution require far more "faith" to believe...except it comes easier for those whose pride makes anything preferable to humbling themselves.

No worries, though. They mystery will be crystal clear to all one day...and EVERY knee will bend and EVERY head will bow.

Remember those words...they're going to be more thatn a "theory" to you some day.
