Far too many fail to realize that a civil and decent society is not all about political beliefs. Politics is not all there is in life. Far too many are in that way twisted sisters and brothers, as it were. They tend to be unidimensional, and lack the capacity to reach out beyond their "tribe" to the other. They also seem to fail to take to heart and live the Golden Rule. Sad.
