That is the one glaring weakness of the Constitution. The founders should have made it possible for a vote of 2/3 of the states to evict states or parts of states that no longer have any value to the rest of the country, that share none of its philosophy or culture. That would be a vast improvement over having the blue cancers growing on both coasts, whose malignant ideology is spread by their carriers, the msm.

Well, Lincoln made it possible to occupy and "reconstruct" them, and Eisenhower and Kennedy followed the precedent.
