One of the LA Reps was on WWL thanking President Bush for going live with his comments this afternoon. I have WWL minimized and didn't get the Reps name.
Bobby Jindal is the rep, he's a good guy.
Jindal, Republican, and definitely an up and comer in the party. You'll hear a lot more of him.
That was Senator Mary Landrieu who thanked President Bush. At least, she's the one who I heard say that. I thought that was pretty decent of her and I wondered if he would get a similar thank you if this storm were hitting NY or CA?
