where have i said french TROOPS are cowards. French troops are led by a civillian political leadership which is made up almost exclusively of cowards. If your leaders are cowards, you can't do much can you?

seriously, i dont think french troops are particularly effective. Cowards are not good allies.

The inference being that French troops are ineffective because they are cowards.

did we kill bin laden given how many opportinities clinton had? the military is quite useless if the civillian leadership is not there. Its like giving a monkey the best firearm and asking me to hit something.
