I can understand adults deciding to chance it, but I can't understand people with children doing so.

Not so delicious for me. Raw that is. Vidalia's are one of the onions I can eat well cooked. I'm somewhat allergic -not as severely as the hubbie on Desparate Housewives, but like that- to raw onions and have to avoid them. But well sauteed or carmelized, really well, and I'm okay. Vidalia's are delicious carmelized. Maui's too.
