you can get the scanner on itunes? wow
In iTunes, go to the Advanced menu and select "Open Stream..."
In the URL line of the window that opens, type in "http://66.209.70.155:8008/hurricane"
Hit OK. You will have a new item added to your Library that's called "hurricane". You may have to click on play (or double click on it repeatedly) until you can get a connection. If it doesn't play at once, don't be discouraged, the server is very busy. Try again later.
Once you connect, the name will change from "hurricane" to "Louisiana Scanner".
You may lose your connection after a while. Hit Play again until you re-establish connection.
Its simply and MP3 stream. I just drag the URL to iTunes and away we go. If you don't have iTunes I highly recommend it. Its a free download for Mac and Windows from Apple at http://www.apple.com/iTunes.
