The hospitals are in dire straights. The police barely have any capabilities at this point. The National Guard is doing their best, but the situation is not being contained."

I really hope all the keyboard quarterbacks will take note of this view from the ground.

Without assigning blame, don't you think it would help if the Governor got off the stick and declared martial law so our active duty military could actually go into the city to help law enforcement?
