I thought Marsahll Law had been called in NO....I guess I was wrong?
I think that it has been declared, but the NOPD are having a tough time enforcing it while looting.
Doesn't matter. The liberal trial lawyers will come in like flies to a dung heap and sue the hell out of every government agency by family members of the shot looters saying their rights where violated.
I was reading about this in a newspaper this evening. They were making fun of how reports in the media of Martial Law being declared in N.O. are all wrong as there is no such thing under Louisiana law. They do have a "State of Emergency" and have declared that but that just allows them to seize private property for public use. But I thought they did that anyway ....
