NO ONE could have foreseen the fury of this storm..
A Cat 5 Huricane roaring inland should of been reason enough to move north

I stand corrected, and you are also correct. What I meant was, a breech of the levies the day after the storm wasn't expected. All indications were that N'Awlins had dodged the bullet.

It doesn't happen elsewhere, why should NO be an exception?

With 2 days notice of a Cat. 5... the city could have been emptied. They knew the dikes were only good for a 3... and yet, the projects remained filled.
The Governor & the Mayor should be hung for this.

Katrina was much bigger than a Cat 5, the so called weather experts (NOA) dropped the ball and don't want to talk about it... It ain't the SUVs causing it, it is the many underwater volcanoes erupting as we speak...
The entire state of Florida will be wiped off next time...
Buy all the gas you can and hoard all the canned food you can get... (High fuel prices = shortages) The Mormon's are right, you should have one year of food on hand...
Get a good bicycle while you are at it.... Needless to say, arm yourself.. You ain't seen nothing yet..
