Sandra Day O'Connor, poor baby, caring less about Chief Justice Rehnquist is bent out of shape because somebody scared poor Judge Greed and the other Judicial Tyrants. (Same article in multiple papers)
Hanky time
But Wait! There's more! A great contrast of good news comes from Mississippi. Thanks for the ping, Brad's Gramma.
Welcome to Mississippi
(this includes Ohioan from Florida's ping list, update to 8/22.)

"The system breaks down without judicial independence," O'Connor said. No, the sytem has broken down because of such far out in left field judicial independence.

JUDGE WHITTEMORE RULES IN FAVOR OF "A DISABLED BOY WITH". (you see? I think that Whittemore likes boys, men & lap dancers too. Women like Terri? No. Better to be in contempt of congress which never went anywhere did it?
http://www.bradenton.com/mld/bradenton/news/local/12607605.htm
Background: Judge Whittemore is the Fed Crt Judge in Tampa WHO REFUSED TO RESTORE TERRI'S FEEDING TUBE AND HYDRATION against the US Congress and the President of the United States. His refusal contributed a great deal to Terri failing sooner. He helped run out the clock on Terri. Tom Delay was absolutely right when he stated that Whittemore and Greer should be investigated, etc., but after getting flack, Delay backed down.
