I tend to doubt this.
If someone is in Delta, they ain't talking. And they ain't telling folks who will post it in a popular internet chat room.
If someone is in Delta, they ain't going to go shooting up an American City...I dont care how many times they've watched XXX. Its against the law. They won't do it.
Anyway, I wasn't even sure if Delta "officially" exists.

20-30 Delta Force Soldiers can do some SERIOUS damage. I'd take 20 of these highly trained US Soldiers over 2,000 NO Policemen, any damn day of the week.
