Respectfully, I don't agree with that. He's America's Mayor, and you're underestimating the sheer hatred a goodly proportion of Americans have for the Witch Queen.
If the primary consideration in 2008 is going to be the "sheer hatred that a goodly proportion of Americans have for the Witch Queen," then why even nominate Giuliani at all when some plain old guy with a WASP name and a southern drawl would do just fine?
