You've got to be kidding me. The last time this White House took any direction from Rudy Giuliani, it named his bootlicker Bernie Kerik to be the Homeland Security Director. Ironically, he withdrew his nomination when it became apparent that his track record in law enforcement would have made him a perfect fit for a police department as corrupt and incompetent as New Orleans.
Guiliani led New York through 9/11, and brought down the Mafia before that. For all his thoughts, THAT is a proven leader.
