What do expect? First the police emptied the jails and the idiot mayor and the blubbering governor had no disaster plan. I live outside Atlanta and I expect the same thing would happen there during an emergency.

Was forgetting to use the hundreds of school buses to evacuate people Saturday and Sunday part of the disaster plan or did they just do that ad hoc?
