That is something that the white people have been trying to convey to black people for years, and is one of the main sources of contention between black and white people.

It's because it's been pounded into their heads for years by scheming Black leaders and do-gooder liberals trying to expunge guilt for a crime they never commited. Some break away and become successful like Powell, Condi, Cosby and many, many others. Even that rapper on NBC knows how to break out only thing he uses his position to dominate rather than liberate.

The biggest fear that guys like JJ, the Black Caucus and Sharpton have is the day Blacks finally break free and don't need them anymore. These guys talk about equality but the only way they can remain in power is to convince that Black people that they are not.

Because white liberals keep running interference for incompetent black and white leaders when blacks are the victims.

An eloquent conservative needs to stand up and speak directly to the black people to help them see the light.
