Janice Rogers Brown for Associate Justice. I can almost guarantee this. Bush needs his base to rally around him after the beating he's been taking from the Left and from the RINO's.

Dog, do you think this was the plan all along?
The President knew that Rehnquist's stay would be short because of his health. Do you think he nominated Roberts to be CJ and has been planning to nominate a 'red meat' judge (to actually replace O'Conner) all along?
(That's what I'm thinking as I mull this decision).
