Makes sense to me. I'm sure its not going to tax the military too much to carry in a little food and water to them. From what I've heard, the situation in the majority of NO has been hyped anyway.

Not going to tax them?? There are an estimated 10,000 people who are still in the city of NOLA. Food and water for that many people will not tax the recovery people?

There are many people on tv on the news who have been saying so. People are getting caught up in a knee jerk reaction.
