I seriously doubt that in reality. What would the alternative be? Another radical liberal Davis in the form of Bustamonte, or another radical LaRaza-supporting Mexican? Just what California needs...

It will be state bankruptcy. I lived in CA for 5 years. The propositions that they place on the ballots are ridiculous. They basically ask if the voter would like a new state service. They never say "Would you want this if it meant a significant increases in your taxes or a cut in other services?"

The level of taxes and fees in that state are out of control. And with all of the mandatory spending will not result in a happy ending.
