Me too. I suggest we put Rudy Guliani as Chair. He is a former Prosecutor and a former Mayor of a City that went thur this drill. Let's have a look, starting with the 1st Responders (City of NO) then have a look at the 2nd Responders (State of LA) then looking at the 3rd Responders (The Feds).
