The Major described how the same day Nagin was screeming for everybody to get off their arses and get him supplies, the Red Cross was ready with supplies just across the overpass. The Red Cross was not allowed to enter NOL.

Now we hear this story where people in NOL are not allowed across the overpass/bridge.

My question is, "is this the same overpass/bridge?" From what the Major said, I believe it may be.
