Here goes Schumer on the docs from when he was in the solicitor general's office. Roberts says it's not ok to take a position if the client is asserting a privilege. No, Chuck, he is not the "client" this time.

Same old refrain -- ask questions which he knows Roberts can't answer and then run to the media saying this man is not forthcoming and I cannot vote for him.
