Well, if a Category Four hurricane hits New York City, this article is putting it mildly. I didn't even think it's possible to get a Cat 4 that far north, but if they do, it's not gonna be a pretty picture. BTW, Katrina was only a Cat 3 when it made landfall in Mississippi.
