Keep in mind that the bimbo played a major part in putting him behind bars. If she hadn't been his girlfriend, it would have been someone else and that person might not have been as willing to see ole Scott pay for his crimes.

"I wonder if it's possible to sue a court that ordered a man to pay child support for a child that wasn't his?"
Only if he had contested paternity and the court made the order without allowing him to prove his contention.

That's very low compared to what most fathers pay.Yeah, like "live-in" fathers who happen to be married to the child's mother.

Is there anyone who didn't do the deed with Amber?
I pity her children.

LOL! I didn't even mean to post it twice, so three's a real bonus -- you got Frey+Peterson, Frey+Flores, and now Frey+Funch.

This woman's MO is duping men. She dupes Flores and possibly Peterson. Wonder if Peterson's attorney will file an appeal?

The money is for the child. The courts will never, ever cut off support for a kid, even if the man in question isn't the father. And if his income goes up, mommy dearest can go to court to get more money, too.

This is an EXTREMELY common abuse against unsuspecting males seen in the nation's utterly corrupt family courts.
