Zimbabwe cancels 4,000 farm deeds

The Zimbabwean government has ordered the cancellation of title deeds for over 4,000 white-owned farms and vowed to take over all remaining white farms, a newspaper said on Friday. Patrick Chinamasa told reporters in the capital Harare that the cancellation of the deeds follows last month’s constitutional amendments barring white farmers from appealing to the courts against the government’s seizure of their land, the Herald newspaper said. “Government has directed the Registrar of Deeds to immediately nullify all title deeds to the 4,000 farms which have been nationalised,” the Herald said. Most of the farmers who had lost their land had challenged the takeovers in court. But last month lawmakers from President Robert Mugabe’s ruling Zimbabwe African National Union-Patriotic Front (ZANU-PF) party used their parliamentary majority to force through changes to the constitution which make all agricultural land state property. Agricultural production in Zimbabwe, once known as the breadbasket of southern Africa, has plunged dramatically in the years following the seizure of commercial farms for redistribution to new black farmers. – DPA

CRIME: Crime, including violent crime, is a serious problem in Jamaica, particularly in Kingston. While the vast majority of crimes occur in impoverished areas, the violence is not confined. The primary criminal concern of a tourist is being a victim of theft. In several cases, armed robberies of Americans have turned violent when the victims resisted handing over valuables. Crime is exacerbated by the fact that police are understaffed and ineffective. Nice place to visit; but the average income of Jamacia is very low. To live there, one would need a job; the jobs are not high paying.

This answers my question; simply stated, if such a place exists it is an abnormal event; sort of like "Man bites Dog".

I am not saying that Blacks are inferior, for I do not believe that. I do believe that the Black Culture is inferior, it unhealthy and has and continues to provide an excuse for members of this segment of society from moving forward.

I'm white, but I have never thought of myself as 'white'. Never! It never crosses my mind. I am a 'person' who works hard to provide for myself and my family. However, I have observed that Black people think of themselves as 'Black' first, and as a 'person' second. I have met many black engineers who are successful, and the common childhood experiences I see emphasize the differences. For example, black children who do well are beat by their peers for being 'smart'. Somehow being 'smart' is a BAD thing if you are black. This is a culturally STUPID thing to have.

It was industrial level economics that led to a population explosion in "Zimbabwe" and this population was fed by people growing food in the most productive fashion, but now Mugabe installs the unprepared on land they know nothing about and at best can farm in slash and burn fashion. In conclusion, Its all whitey's fault.
