It's sad that some people see only what they want to see no matter what the facts may honestly reveal.
It's not hard to see that with selective perception being what it is that the old saying: "When a pickpocket sees a Saint, all he sees is pockets." applies here so fittingly.

My take on the difference in numbers is that the difference is probably not statistically significant. Injuries to whites, blacks, & hispanic seemed to be at roughly their representation in the entire force.
