If your brother is able to provide his children with a more suitable environment than a group home (and that would pretty much mean anything with four walls) the judge would have to be outta his/her mind not to award him immediate, full physical custody. Is there any chance at all of that happening tomorrow?

I don't know...this is Wisconsin law we're talking about, and they've got some mighty strange procedures.

At home, the children had their own rooms, and were within walking distance of a beautiful lake where the boys would spend hours fishing. Korin loved to play in the yard surrounded by tall trees and all sorts of birds.

The group home has no privacy and everything is shared communally. I wanted to send them some toys, but Eric said not to as someone else would just take them away.
