Just got off the phone with my Dad. He said Eric's lawyer called and reported that the guardian ad litem will be recommending in court tomorrow that supervised visitation be cancelled. :)

That is terrific news. However, and this is tough, there should always be someone with Eric and his children. There is always a chance that the wife can fabricate events. A third party makes a great witness, not only for his protection but to counter statements made by the wife or children.
