My account was temporarily suspended for quoting the 1st and 14th Amendment and quoting Thomas Jefferson.

It was either that or because I said the person I was responding to was a domestic enemy of the Constitution that I swore to protect and defend. I simply meant that I would oppose his 1st Amendment right to completely discount the Constitution by exercising my 1st Amendment right to say what idiocy it is to shed our Constitutional liberties in response to a bunch of backwards islamofascists. But maybe they thought it was some sort of threat. It wasn't.
