Slow and laid back. Wife running errands. This evening we're going back out to SAM'S Club to restock and top off survival supplies. Then I'm taking her out to a nice steak dinner. I'm getting pretty nervous about the month of OCT. On the PLUS side, Florida's new expanded CASTLE DOCTRINE law takes effect today so I feel a little bit safer. Of course the liberals are all whining. This time, I find their diatribes too insignificant to respond to in light of a potential attack. They might find out the hard way that we were right and they're wrong....but it'll be too late.

I am too Ex. I am to. Not because of the threats - we've been monitoring them for over a year now. What's making me nervous are all the public announcements about preparedness along side the threats.

I'm well stocked here. I'm also over top of 4 restaurants. Push comes to shove I'll raid them before dipping into my own supplies IF I'm able to stay put.

Sunset here is 6:54pm. Going to watch it from Bear's Den. It's only 20 minutes up the road, only a 1.5 mile hike in, easy parking, and over looks the ENTIRE Shenandoah Vally. It crystal clear today so it should be beautiful.
