Bad childhood...bullied...emotional difficulties...blah...blah...blah. If this turns out to be what we think it really is....the first Islamic homicide bomber here on U.S. soil...than OU President David Boren is doing a great dis-service to his student body and the people of Norman, OK. He is placing them in harms way by trying to conceal the real nature of this bombing.
Wonder how many of those who attended the game readily accept Mr. Boren's blanket "it's nothing at all - move along" response.
Our first suicide bombing in a crowded venue and there is no media coverage and the venue is more concerned about its image than putting US citizens at alert about a terrorist act at their location. Shame on them and shame on anyone portraying this as anything less than what it really was. The next time it may not be as easy to contain the news if more people are killed than the suicide bomber.
