Here's the deal. I'd swap the pathological Bush haters on here for Harriet Miers any day.

As long as the President can establish to me, a reasonable person, that she has the judicial philosophy he has promised his picks will have, I will have an..."ok, I'll just wait and see about her, Mr. President" attitude.

She is not my pick, just to be clear. But I am not the President. (Neither are the Bush haters, to my great relief and delight).
