But O'Conner didn't vote for the private property insanity.This supports my point. Sometimes she uses the consitution, sometimes she doesn't. That's an indication of emotion over logic.

I have been haunted by that post that I made and I apologize. I was wrong. I was watching Fox News and they were simultaneously running information at the bottom of the picture about the nominee as well as their interviewee. The woman who being interviewed and was against Ms. Miers was a NOW member.
Furthermore, I was skeptical about Miers yesterday; but, the more I hear and read, the more comfortable I am with her on the Supreme Court.

This is an insult to the well-qualified conserative women W has appointed to the federal bench. Bullseye! W could have appointed Miers to a federal judgeship before but didn't do so. Could reflect his views on her qualifications up till now. Again! Bullseye!
