It will be interesting to see whether he will support the end to the death tax that was promised.

He's leaving that for the NEXT POTUS with half trillion dollar deficits as far as the eye can see.

Maybe he's saving that for right before the '06 election.

This is the issue; if Bush really acted like a Conservative Republican in going about the business of being President we would all trust his pick as a conservative pick. But he is not a conservative, so why should we trust that his pick to the SCOTUS will be conservative. He has destroyed our trust with CFR, spending, no vetos, open borders, tariffs, tough on terrorists execpt the ones that don't like Israel, and the education debacle. Sure he is good on National security, except the borders, and we will throw out the tax cut bone, but domestically he has done nothing to convince me he is a conservative at heart.
