Today Cong Ernest Istook is announcing he is running for Governor at noon. He will be in Tulsa later today after he makes his announcement at the Cowboy Hall of Fame. That's the worst kept secret in Oklahoma. Tomorrow he will be touring the small cities of Oklahoma except for Norman. We know him pretty well down here so he will be coming here on a different day. He was our guest at our Cleveland County GOP Picnic in July.
