"and reports of "several" devices" Hmmm... maybe initial plan was more complex. Set off explosive in the stadium, then blow up buses as evacuations occur, or secondary explosions in the crowds gathered outside... Wow, this could have been horrific. Glad it was just a "confused kid"...

The "two-fer" approach to bombings was used by Eric Rudolph. He was quite successful at it.
