Doesn't sound right? Do you suspect she was a prostitute working the migrant labor market? That could be true of course, but Let's wait and see. I suspect the police will find plenty of forensic evidence and will check out her story.
Rape victims are often told not to report the rape or they will be revisited with further outrages or bodily harm.
You have to realize these aliens come from a culture in which men can threaten women with physical harm or exposure of their rape and be obeyed when they tell the woman not to report the rape because the women are cowed or have very little help from the authorities.
