I don't know if you can convince her but the telling thing for me is that none of the women have been proven a liar. And there's no denying that Clinton is a womaniser. He strikes me as a man who thinks he's irresitable and is angry when a woman says "no". That's a rape waiting to happen.

I think you have Juanita confused with someone else. Can you give a source that states that Ms Broaddrick signed something like this? What would have been the purpose of her doing this?

What she did (which is probably why she's still alive today) is that she never brought charges, and only told a few, very close friends about the incident. By the time the story came out, it was too late to prosecute, due to the statute of limitations..

Background: Bruce Lindsey, behind the scenes White House fixer, was responsible for a campaign to get people to sign affidavits, saying that they would never have to appear in court if they did. Juanita foolishly signed one, thinking it would go away and she wouldn't be forced to testify and bring it all into the public. It was obviously the most traumatic thing in her life and she had tried to put it behind her.

Thanks for the refresher ..... Ms Broadderick lost credibility with me when she signed that affidavit. I remember her saying that she wanted to put it behind her, but you don't lie about such things. In a secret court, here in America, without legal representation, I was falsely accused of raping my wife. My ex signed a sworn affidavit swearing that I raped her .... I had to spent 9 months proving I was innocent. Sorry Ms Broaddrick, you are lying about something .... what is it?

She, as did several others, signed an affidavit, believing it would keep her out of court and mean she wouldn't have to testify. It was the same mistake made by several people, and she really regrets it. Not only did it not keep her out of court, it allowed them to challenge her credibility. Lindsey did an great, albeit evil, job of setting this up for the sexual predator.

Remember how they pulled a letter from Kathleen Willey after her accusations. These are professional fixers. There is nothing they will not do. Nothing.

In case you don't understand, rape victims are often in denial, often blame themselves, and often just want it to go away. Can you understand that she didn't want to testify for all the world to see? Can you understand that she thought it would just go away? Can you understand that when faced with the grand jury, she knew how serious it was to tell the truth? She could have just testified that it didn't happen and be done with it. But she testified truthfully to the grand jury. I've spoken extensively with David Schippers about this. His female investigator spent the day with her and was absolutely convinced Juanita was a classic rape victim.

Shortly after it happened, Norma Rogers came back to the room they shared for the conference. Juanita was bloody, had a swollen lip, and was in shock. She told Norma what happened. It wasn't the bellboy. It wasn't the waiter. It wasn't the elevator operator. It wasn't the maintenance man. One man had been in that room ---- the attorney general of Arkansas. Because of his power, Juanita didn't think people would believe her.
