Ever since Brandeis, there's been the tradition of a "Jewish seat" on the court. I have no doubt we're going to have the Court carved up according to identity politics eventually.
Our nation's system of justice is left up to quotas imposed according to race, sex, and religion.
What would John Marshall think?
