Bragg had a similar incident in 96 or 97. A group of SF guys circled around the hill as he was firing on soldiers doing PT and disarmed him. I can't remember Campbell having anything like this, except the regular murders that take place just off base.

It was at Ft Bragg years ago. The guy shoot up a PT formation but ran into troops while trying to make his escape. He was tried and jailed.

Nope, Ft. Bragg. It was really a pretty sad case. The soldier in question was being harrassed by the unit. Went to the command and asked for help (psych type) and was told by his commander, "I don't have nuts in my unit, deal with it" so he did, he shot him during PT one morning.
