Wesley Clark???

If it were a naval base, I'd wonder if it were a certain "Senator" from Massachusetts who, by the way, served in Vietnam and answers to the name Ketchup.

IIRC this could have been a certain "Senator" for Arizona, whose Daddy was an adminiral, who himself was a POW and who crashed a plain on an aircraft carrier injuring and/or killing many true heros. He himself continues to shoot both his party and his country in the foot on a regular basis, his name is McMainiac.
