A good friend of mine from Del Rio gave me this really easy mole recipe. One jar of sauce, dissolved in about 4 cups of the water you used to boil the chicken. To that add an 8 oz can of tomato sauce, a heaping tablespoon of peanut butter and a good sized squirt of Hershey's syrup, mix it and add the chicken back in for a few minutes. Serve with Mexican rice.
