Yup, I'm one of those who was around to remember the last time.

My High School Senior year began with the last Chicago White Sox World Series vs. our newly transplanted Los Angeles Dodgers.

Major League Baseball had indeed ARRIVED out West.

I went to every Comiskey Park post season game in, '59.. And I still have a ball signed by Sherman Lollar, Nellie Fox, Louie Aparicio, Jim Landis and Minnie Minoso!!!a real treasure.. I lived in Bridgeport, (Back-of-the-yards)
