This morning President Bush met with Jose Manuel Barroso, President of the Commission of the European Communities in the Oval Office at the White House.
This afternoon, the President met with Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, Cabinet Members and Legislators in the East Room of the White House to sign the Homeland Security Appropriations Act for 2006, which increases border security, and provides more detention facilities and speedier removal of illegal immigrants.
The White House website has provided a Fact Sheet with the details of the Appropriations Act.

Your assessment would be a good one if I felt I could trust the special prosecutor.
However, there was the interesting article about how Reuters and AP were starting to hedge their bets, saying that their contacts at the CIA were starting to backpedal on their initial stories implicating Rove/Cheney in disclosing the name of an undercover CIA agent.
